Tamasha Forms Strategic Partnership with Nukta: Recognized as a Top Tech Term in 2025

Tamasha, Pakistan’s leading digital entertainment platform powered by Jazz, has entered into a strategic partnership with Nukta, a digital content platform, to broaden the reach of credible digital news content for audiences nationwide. The signing ceremony, held recently at Jazz World Headquarters, brought together senior leadership from both organizations.

Under the partnership, Tamasha will stream Nukta’s flagship current affairs show, On My Radar hosted by leading journalist Kamran Khan, with new episodes available every Monday to Friday at 10:00 PM. Backed by a community of 32 million monthly active users (MAUs), Tamasha will support the program’s visibility on its platform, ensuring audiences can conveniently access the content. Both Tamasha and Nukta will also explore collaborative opportunities to expand the show’s reach and impact within Pakistan’s growing digital media landscape.

In another significant milestone, Tamasha has been ranked Pakistan’s second most searched tech term on Google in 2025, trailing only behind Gemini. The results, published in Google’s Year in Search 2025 report, show that despite global AI tools dominating online interest, Tamasha outperformed several major international platforms to secure the runner-up position.

Tamasha’s rise in popularity is driven by its position as one of Pakistan’s most versatile digital entertainment platforms. While exclusive streaming of major cricket tournaments — including the Pakistan Super League and key international fixtures — remained a powerful catalyst for audience growth, Tamasha’s broader mix of live TV, dramas, news programming, and special event broadcasts further strengthened its footprint. This combination of premium sports content and diverse entertainment offerings has made Tamasha a go-to destination for millions of digital viewers nationwide.

This is the second time Tamasha has achieved this milestone. In 2023, too, Tamasha was recognized as Pakistan’s second most searched tech term, reaffirming its position as one of the country’s leading and fastest-growing digital platforms.
